Zhi Khung is an experienced litigator with numerous reported judgments. He handles a wide spectrum of complex cases, including commercial, construction, corporate, tax, employment, insolvency, contractual disputes, and tort claims. Zhi Khung’s clients span across various industries, and he regularly represents them before all levels of the Malaysian courts.
In addition to litigation, Zhi Khung frequently advises on corporate matters, including compliance, drafting agreements, and navigating regulatory challenges. He focuses on delivering effective solutions that align with his clients’ business objectives.
He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Malaya in 2017, followed by a Master of Commercial Law (LLM) in 2020. His legal career began at Malaysia’s largest law firm, and he later practiced under the guidance of a respected senior counsel.

After earning her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London and completing her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP), she was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2018.
Starting her career in 2016 at a prominent law firm, Wendy gained invaluable experience under the mentorship of a senior counsel. She has successfully represented clients across various judicial levels, including the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Federal Court, with several of her cases reported in legal journals.
Wendy has been applying her extensive legal knowledge and practical insights to deliver strategic counsel and representation.
