IT \u652f\u63f4\u3001\u8425\u9500\u670d\u52a1\u3001\u7269\u6d41\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u8fd8\u662f\u987e\u95ee\u54a8\u8be2\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\n\u53c8\u6216\u662f\u60a8\u672c\u8eab\u4f5c\u4e3a\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u65b9\u4e0e\u5ba2\u6237\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\n\u4e00\u4efd**\u6e05\u6670\u4e14\u5177\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7ea6\u675f\u529b\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u534f\u8bae\uff08Service Agreement\uff09**\u90fd\u662f\u4fdd\u62a4\u53cc\u65b9\u6743\u76ca\u7684\u5173\u952e\u3002<\/p><p>\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u540d\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u5f8b\u5e08\uff08Business Lawyer in of Services\uff09\n\n\u4ed8\u6b3e\u6761\u6b3e\uff08Payment Terms\uff09\n\n\u5408\u540c\u671f\u9650\uff08Duration\uff09\n\n\u7ec8\u6b62\u6743\u5229\uff08Termination Rights\uff09\n\n\u53cc\u65b9\u8d23\u4efb\u4e0e\u8d54\u507f\uff08Liabilities\uff09\n\n\u8be5\u534f\u8bae\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u662f\uff1a\n\u27a1\ufe0f \u660e\u786e\u53cc\u65b9\u671f\u671b\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u6a21\u7cca\u8d23\u4efb\uff1b\n\u27a1\ufe0f
