class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u6027\u9a9a\u6270\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e25\u8083\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u90fd\u4e0d\u5e94\u5728\u804c\u573a\u4e2d\u5fcd\u53d7\u8fd9\u79cd\u884c\u4e3a\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5728\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\uff0c\u8bb8\u591a\u5458\u5de5\u4ecd\u7136\u4e0d\u786e\u5b9a\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6743\u5229\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5728\u906d\u9047\u6b64\u7c7b\u4e0d\u5f53\u884c\u4e3a\u65f6\u5e94\u91c7\u53d6\u7684\u6b65\u9aa4\u3002<\/p><p>\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5409\u9686\u5761\u7684\u5c31\u4e1a\u5f8b\u5e08\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7ecf\u5e38\u534f\u52a9\u96c7\u4e3b\u548c\u96c7\u5458\u5904\u7406\u4e0e\u300a1955\u5e74\u96c7\u4f63\u6cd5\u4ee4\u300b\uff08Employment Act 1955\uff09\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u804c\u573a\u7ea0\u7eb7\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6027\u9a9a\u6270\u6848\u4ef6\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u6027\u9a9a\u6270\uff1f<\/strong><\/p><p>\u6839\u636e\u300a1955\u5e74\u96c7\u4f63\u6cd5\u4ee4\u300b\uff0c\u6027\u9a9a\u6270\u88ab\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e3a\uff1a\n\n\u201c\u4efb\u4f55\u5177\u6709\u6027\u6027\u8d28\u7684\u3001\u4e0d\u53d7\u6b22\u8fce\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u8a00\u8bed\u3001\u975e\u8a00\u8bed\u3001\u89c6\u89c9\u3001\u59ff\u52bf\u6216\u8eab\u4f53\u63a5\u89e6\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u4ee4\u4ed6\u4eba\u611f\u5230\u5192\u72af\u3001\u7f9e\u8fb1\uff0c\u6216\u5bf9\u5176\u8eab\u5fc3\u5065\u5eb7\u6784\u6210\u5a01\u80c1\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u8be5\u884c\u4e3a\u53d1\u751f\u4e8e\u96c7\u4f63\u5173\u7cfb\u4e2d\u3002\u201d\n\n\u8fd9\u79cd\u884c\u4e3a\u53ef\u80fd\u53d1\u751f\u5728\u540c\u4e8b\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u4e0a\u53f8\u5bf9\u4e0b\u5c5e\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u3002<\/p><p>\u4f8b\u5b50\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p><ul><li>\u4e0d\u53d7\u6b22\u8fce\u7684\u6027\u7b11\u8bdd\u6216\u8bc4\u8bba<\/li><li>\u4e0d\u6070\u5f53\u7684\u89e6\u78b0\u6216\u624b\u52bf<\/li><li>\u901a\u8fc7\u7535\u90ae\u3001\u77ed\u4fe1\u6216\u804a\u5929\u5e94\u7528\u53d1\u9001\u5e26\u6709\u6027\u6697\u793a\u7684\u4fe1\u606f<\/li><li>\u5728\u88ab\u62d2\u7edd\u540e\u4ecd\u4e0d\u65ad\u63d0\u51fa\u66a7\u6627\u6216\u6027\u8981\u6c42<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u6cd5\u5f8b\u600e\u4e48\u8bf4\uff1f<\/strong><\/p><p>\u300a1955\u5e74\u96c7\u4f63\u6cd5\u4ee4\u300b\u7b2c81A\u81f381G\u6761\u89c4\u5b9a\u96c7\u4e3b\u5fc5\u987b\uff1a<\/p><ul><li>\u53ca\u65f6\u8c03\u67e5\u6240\u6709\u6027\u9a9a\u6270\u6295\u8bc9<\/li><li>\u8bbe\u7acb\u5185\u90e8\u8c03\u67e5\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u5904\u7406\u6295\u8bc9<\/li><li>\u82e5\u8bc1\u5b9e\u6709\u9a9a\u6270\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u987b\u91c7\u53d6\u7eaa\u5f8b\u5904\u5206<\/li><\/ul><p>\u82e5\u96c7\u4e3b\u672a\u80fd\u8fdb\u884c\u8c03\u67e5\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u53d7\u5230\u5904\u7f5a\u3002\n\u5728\u66f4\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u53ef\u80fd\u4f9d\u636e\u300a\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u9632\u6b62\u4e0e\u6d88\u9664\u804c\u573a\u6027\u9a9a\u6270\u5b88\u5219\u300b\uff08Malaysian Code of Practice on the Prevention and Eradication of Sexual Harassment in the Workplace\uff09\u627f\u62c5\u8d23\u4efb\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u5458\u5de5\u7684\u6743\u5229\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f<\/strong><\/p><p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\u53d7\u5230\u9a9a\u6270\uff0c\u60a8\u6709\u6743\uff1a<\/p><ol><li>\u5411\u96c7\u4e3b\u6b63\u5f0f\u63d0\u51fa\u6295\u8bc9<\/li><li>\u82e5\u96c7\u4e3b\u672a\u91c7\u53d6\u884c\u52a8\uff0c\u53ef\u5411**\u52b3\u5de5\u603b\u76d1\uff08Director General of Labour\uff09**\u6295\u8bc9<\/li><li>\u82e5\u56e0\u6295\u8bc9\u800c\u88ab\u89e3\u96c7\u6216\u906d\u53d7\u60e9\u7f5a\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u901a\u8fc7**\u5de5\u4e1a\u5173\u7cfb\u5f8b\u5e08\uff08industrial relations lawyer\uff09**\u5bfb\u6c42\u201c\u63a8\u5b9a\u89e3\u96c7\u201d\uff08constructive dismissal\uff09\u7684\u7533\u8bc9<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>\u96c7\u4e3b\u5e94\u91c7\u53d6\u54ea\u4e9b\u63aa\u65bd\uff1f<\/strong><\/p><p>\u5bf9\u96c7\u4e3b\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u59a5\u5584\u5904\u7406\u6027\u9a9a\u6270\u6295\u8bc9\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u826f\u597d\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u5b9e\u8df5\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e49\u52a1\u3002\n\u8058\u8bf7\u5177\u5907\u5c31\u4e1a\u6cd5\u4e13\u4e1a\u77e5\u8bc6\u7684\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u53ef\u786e\u4fdd\uff1a<\/p><ul><li>\u8c03\u67e5\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7b26\u5408\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8981\u6c42<\/li><li>\u907f\u514d\u88ab\u63a7\u4e0d\u5f53\u89e3\u96c7\u6216\u758f\u5ffd<\/li><li>\u7b26\u5408\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u5c31\u4e1a\u6cd5\u89c4\u5b9a<\/li><\/ul><p>\u8bb8\u591a\u516c\u53f8\u5982\u4eca\u4f1a\u9009\u62e9\u8058\u8bf7\u6cd5\u5f8b\u987e\u95ee\u5e38\u5e74\u5408\u7ea6\uff08legal retainer package\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u5728\u9762\u5bf9\u804c\u573a\u95ee\u9898\uff08\u5982\u7eaa\u5f8b\u5904\u5206\u3001\u4eba\u529b\u8d44\u6e90\u653f\u7b56\u3001\u7ea0\u7eb7\u89e3\u51b3\uff09\u65f6\uff0c\u80fd\u968f\u65f6\u83b7\u5f97\u6cd5\u5f8b\u610f\u89c1\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u7ed3\u8bba<\/strong><\/p><p>\u6027\u9a9a\u6270\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u9053\u5fb7\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e0a\u7684\u9519\u8bef\u884c\u4e3a\u3002\n\u6bcf\u4f4d\u5458\u5de5\u90fd\u53d7\u300a1955\u5e74\u96c7\u4f63\u6cd5\u4ee4\u300b\u4fdd\u62a4\u3002\n\u65e0\u8bba\u60a8\u662f\u5bfb\u6c42\u6b63\u4e49\u7684\u5458\u5de5\uff0c\u8fd8\u662f\u9700\u8981\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6307\u5bfc\u7684\u96c7\u4e3b\uff0c\u83b7\u5f97\u6b63\u786e\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u54a8\u8be2\uff0c\u90fd\u80fd\u4fdd\u969c\u60a8\u7684\u6743\u76ca\u4e0e\u58f0\u8a89\u3002<\/p><p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6b63\u5728\u5bfb\u627e\u503c\u5f97\u4fe1\u8d56\u7684\u5c31\u4e1a\u5f8b\u5e08\u6216\u5de5\u4e1a\u5173\u7cfb\u5f8b\u5e08\uff0c\u6216\u60f3\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\u5173\u4e8e\u5e38\u5e74\u6cd5\u5f8b\u987e\u95ee\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u56e2\u961f\u968f\u65f6\u4e3a\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u534f\u52a9\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sexual
